Cameron has been schooled and trained in Fine Art as part of his educational studies before primary school. Continuing as a part of his overall education himself more interested in science and history until Fine Art becoming his concentration of work in undergraduate.
Discovering his love for hand sculpting at Ohio Wesleyan University he took quickly to apprentice under Jonathan Quick and Cynthia Cetlin. Encouraged for a more rigorous fine art education Cameron elected the challenge of The School of The Art Institute of Chicago over other world class institutions for his Bachelors of Fine Art.
Continuing his ongoing studies under Sculpture, Fine Art, New Media, Performance Corrin Little, Art History Shannon Martino, Fine Art, Sculpture, New Media Benjamin Seth Parsons, and Sculpture Juan Angel Chavez, Foundry, sculpture Carolyn Ottmers, Sculpture, Art History Rebecca Keller, Ceramics, sculpture Nancy Fleshmann, Foundry Liz Enzs,Glass Pearl Dick, Glass Beth Lipman, Glass Christine Tarkowski, Glass Emma Stien, Glass Aaron Wolf-Boze, Foundry Gabriel Bizen Akagawa, Glass Jeremy Skidmore, Foundry Aaron Nicholson, Glass Grant Garmezy, Sculpture Dan Price for his Bachelors in Fine Arts.
Currently, Cameron finished his Bachelors in Fine Art at SAIC under Apprenticeship of Pearl Dick and Carolyn Ottmers, Glass instructor for Project Fire, and Firehouse Glass Studio, Glass Technician for SAIC while maintaining a studio practice.
Now, he creates, instructs, and exhibits work in Chicago and the rest of the United States.
